Welcome to GetSet Sync ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GetSet Sync application, website, and services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
GetSet Sync is a Monday.com marketplace application that automatically syncs Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign metrics into Monday.com board columns. The service provides read-only data synchronization, pulling campaign performance data from your connected ad accounts and writing it to your Monday.com boards on a configured schedule.
GetSet Sync is installed through the Monday.com marketplace. By installing the application, a GetSet Sync account is automatically created and linked to your Monday.com account. You must be an authorized administrator of your Monday.com account to install and configure GetSet Sync.
To use GetSet Sync, you must authorize read access to your ad accounts via OAuth:
You represent that you have the authority to grant access to these accounts. We never modify, create, or delete campaigns or ads in your ad accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Monday.com account and for all activities that occur through your connected ad accounts. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored securely on our servers.
You can disconnect your ad accounts at any time through the GetSet Sync interface. Upon disconnection, syncing will stop immediately. You may also revoke access directly through your Google or Meta account settings.
GetSet Sync offers the following subscription plans:
Unlimited ad platform connections are available across all plans. Details about current pricing are available on our website and the Monday.com marketplace listing.
GetSet Sync uses Monday.com's native marketplace billing system. All charges are billed through Monday.com and are subject to their billing terms. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled through Monday.com.
We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon notice. If we change the fees for your subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
You retain all rights to the campaign metrics and data synced through GetSet Sync ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the GetSet Sync service. We will not sell, share, or use Your Data for marketing purposes.
While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for inaccuracies in data provided by Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Monday.com. You should verify synced data independently, especially for financial or reporting purposes. Data delays may occur due to third-party API latency.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Bullethead Lifestyle Private Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Changes to their APIs or policies may affect the functionality of GetSet Sync.
You may uninstall GetSet Sync at any time through the Monday.com marketplace. You may also disconnect individual ad accounts through the GetSet Sync interface.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, abuse of service resources, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination:
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Bullethead Lifestyle Private Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services is limited to the amount you paid us to use our Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bullethead Lifestyle Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Services; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily interrupt service. We will provide support via email at bullethead.apps@gmail.com during business hours.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or through the application.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Mumbai, Maharashtra in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bullethead Lifestyle Private Limited regarding your use of our Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
