The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

Account Information

When you install GetSet Sync from the Monday.com marketplace, we automatically collect your Monday.com account ID and workspace information to create your GetSet Sync account and enable data synchronization.

OAuth Credentials

To sync your ad campaign data, we require OAuth access tokens from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Monday.com. These tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption and stored securely on our servers. We do not store your passwords.

Third-Party Data

We connect to the following third-party services to collect necessary data to provide you services:

• Google Ads: Campaign names, IDs, performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, CPA, etc.), ad group data, keyword data, and account structure.
• Meta Ads: Campaign names, IDs, performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, etc.), ad set data, and engagement metrics from Facebook and Instagram.
• Monday.com: Board structure, column definitions, item data, and workspace information.

The data collected is stored in compliance with the third-party services' policies and our own policies.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with GetSet Sync, including sync schedules, board configurations, sync status, and feature usage patterns.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the GetSet Sync service
• Sync ad campaign metrics into your Monday.com boards
• Improve, personalize, and expand our service
• Understand and analyze how you use our service
• Develop new features and functionality
• Communicate with you, including for customer service and support

• Find and prevent fraud

Google API Services Policy

GetSet Sync's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not transfer, share, or disclose your personal information, including Google user data, to third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

Data Storage and Retention

Server-Side: We retain synced campaign metrics to maintain a historical record, allowing you to track performance trends over time.

User Data Window: Users have access to a 90-day data window through the application interface.

Data Deletion: Users can request complete data deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon uninstallation, syncing stops immediately and OAuth connections are revoked.

Account-Level Scoping

GetSet Sync operates at the Monday.com account level. All data syncing and configuration applies to your entire account. Workspace members with access to connected boards can view the synced metrics. There is no per-user data isolation within an account.

Third-Party Services

GetSet Sync integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Ads: Subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
• Meta Ads: Subject to Meta's Privacy Policy and Business Tools Terms
• Monday.com: Subject to Monday.com's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
• Sentry: Used for error tracking and monitoring. Limited diagnostic data may be shared.

We advise you to consult the respective privacy policies of these third-party services for more detailed information.

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

Uninstall and Data Deletion

When you uninstall GetSet Sync from Monday.com:

• Your OAuth connections are revoked immediately
• All syncing stops immediately
• Your stored data remains on our servers unless you request deletion

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of GetSet Sync after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
