Understanding Your Synced Data

Once synced, your monday.com board will show:

  • One row per campaign (or ad group/ad, depending on your entity type setting)
  • Columns for each metric you selected (impressions, clicks, spend, etc.)
  • Status column showing whether the campaign is Active, Paused, etc.
  • Automatic updates on your configured schedule

New campaigns that appear in your ad account will be automatically added as new rows. Paused or deleted campaigns will have their status updated but remain on the board.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I sync multiple ad accounts to the same board? Yes. You can connect multiple Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts and sync them all to the same board or different boards.

Does GetSet Sync modify my ad campaigns? No. GetSet Sync is read-only. We only fetch your campaign metrics. We never create, edit, pause, or delete any campaigns or ads.

How often does data sync? You configure the sync interval in your connection settings. Pro and Agency users can also trigger an immediate sync using the “Sync Now” button.

What happens when I uninstall the app? All syncing stops immediately and OAuth connections are revoked. Your existing board data (columns and items) remains on the board. Server-side data is retained unless you request deletion.

Is my data secure? Yes. OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not sell or share your data.
