How to Set Up Google Ads and Meta Ads Sync in monday.com
A quick walkthrough of connecting your ad accounts and getting campaign metrics flowing into your monday.com boards.
Setting up GetSet Sync takes less than 5 minutes. Here’s the complete walkthrough.
Step 1: Install from the Marketplace
Head to the monday.com Apps Marketplace, search for GetSet Sync, and click Install. The app will be available as a Board View on any board.
Step 2: Add the Board View
Open the board where you want ad data. Click the + button next to your existing views, search for GetSet Sync, and add it.
Step 3: Connect your ad accounts
Google Ads
Click Connect Google Ads in the GetSet Sync tab. A popup will open for Google OAuth. Sign in, select your account, and authorize read access.
Meta Ads
Click Connect Meta Ads. Sign in with Facebook, select your Meta Business account, and authorize read access.
GetSet Sync only reads your ad data. We never create, edit, or delete campaigns.
Step 4: Select metrics
Click Fields to open the field mapping page. Browse available metrics by category — Performance, Cost, Conversions — and check the ones you want. Each selected metric becomes a column on your board.
Step 5: Set your schedule
Choose how often data should refresh and your preferred date range. Data will start syncing automatically.
That’s it. Your board will now update with fresh campaign metrics on the schedule you set.
